North State Storage is a developer, operator and licensor of state of
the art self-storage facilities. Today we are continuing to expand through
the development and acquisition of high-quality self-storage facilities
along the east coast. Outlined below are our site requirements.
Development:
- 1-5 acres
- Good visibility, accessibility and traffic counts
- Strong residential population in the trade area
- Considering all price ranges
- Minimum phase I development 40,000 sf.
Acquisition Criteria:
- Minimum 40,000 sf.
- Class A or Class B facilities
- Quick closings
- Expansion capabilities preferred
